Biuromax

A printer rental portal where a good service was buried under a site that made people work to find it.

Printer and office equipment rental

The situation

Biuromax rents printers and office equipment, and the commercial goal was to widen the audience and increase traffic to the service itself.

The site's structure did not support that: navigation was unclear, and the content did not give a potential customer a reason to start a conversation.

What we did
  • Studied how users actually moved through the site rather than how it was intended to be used.
  • Rebuilt the information architecture around the tasks people came to do.
  • Reworked the content so that a visitor could judge the offer without needing to ask.

What changed

A well-navigated portal where a transaction can be started quickly and without friction — the condition for widening the audience the service was built for.
