NaPudełkach.pl

A healthy food box subscription where the customer has to describe themselves before they can be served.

Subscription food boxes

The situation

The system sold healthy food boxes online and had to handle eating styles and personal diet plans that exclude particular products.

That means the checkout asks the customer a long series of personal questions. Handled badly, personalisation becomes the reason someone abandons the basket.

What we did
  • Ran a cognitive walkthrough of competitors' food box apps to see how the shopping flow should behave.
  • Audited comparable functions across the competition before proposing a new system.
  • Built the personalisation into the flow rather than bolting it on at the end.

What changed

A shopping experience where a personalised box can be configured end to end — turning a questionnaire into part of the product rather than an obstacle to it.
